On Tuesday, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) challenged former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent's claim that Iran did not pose an imminent threat to the U.S. prior to President Trump's strikes on the country. "I don’t know where Joe Kent is getting his information, but he wasn’t in those briefings, clearly," Johnson stated.
